Import a video of a physical chessboard, calibrate the board, and add a marker for each played move to reconstruct the game.
The workflow combines:
- the video of the real board,
- a synchronized 2D digital board, and
- a review step to validate or correct moves when the footage remains ambiguous.
Analyze the marked moves, apply corrections, and download your PGN. Export options and their limits are shown in the application.

Processing takes place on a server in the United Kingdom. Media is never used for training. Review the file limits and retention notice before uploading.
